F-light multiplex detection technology:

Our unique F-light multiplex detection technology use releasable fluorescent tags to simultaneously detect multiple analytes in the sample. Unlike current multiplex detection technology such as micro arrays or liquid arrays, our method is fast, sensitive and can utilize widely adopted HPLC or capillary electrophoresis instruments without the need of expensive array scanner or flow cytometer. 

Analyte encoded liquid array technology:

Our unique analyte encoded liquid array technology use analyte encoded fluorescent tags to simultaneously detect multiple analytes using flow cytometer. Current liquid array method require 3~4 lasers (high instrument cost) and expensive dye labeled beads, our methods only need two lasers and the beads need not be labeled with dye therefore greatly reduced the cost.

Selex-MALDI technology:

Our proprietary Selex-MALDI?technology is a MALDI (matrix assisted laser desorption ionization) based technology, which enables selective detection of analytes using mass spectrometry. Currently most photon absorbing matrixes for MALDI are small organic molecules such as DHB (2,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid) and sinpinic acid, which cannot selectively ionize preferred molecule in the complex mixture of analytes. With our unique Selex-MALDI?technology, the matrixes can selectively ionize the corresponding molecules in the mixture of analytes for mass spectrometry study. Today varieties of MALDI techs such as Ciphergen 's SELDI are becoming more and more important tools for life science; the Selex-MALDI technology would enable us to further explore the great potential of MALDI in varieties of applications. Compared with other protein chip technologies and MALDI methods, our platform provides a more sensitive, simple and elegant solution for bioindustry. The Selex-MALDI ?technology also enable us to develop a self assembly protein chip using alkyl modified matrix and alkyl modified probe for proteomic study and diagnostic tool development.
